NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated October 14, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 51-2009-CA-009457-WS (J3) of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, National Association as Successor by Merger to LaSalle Bank National Association, as Trustee for Certificateholders of Bear Stearns Asset Backed Securities I LLC, Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-HE5, Plaintiff and Michele F. Sidney, an Unremarried Widow and Surviving Spouse of Steve B. Sidney, Deceased are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Paula S. O'Neil, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash In an online sale accessed through the Clerk's website at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on December 12, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT #349,CLAYTON VILLAGE, PHASE 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA, PLAT BOOK 17, PAGES 95 TO 99.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
