Baker, Esq., whose address is 2963 Gulf to Bay Blvd, Ste 100, Clearwater, FL 33759, on or before December 23, 2013 and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service upon the plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter, otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
