NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 5, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-006879 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida in which JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, is the Plaintiff and Eric Sandoval, Evelyn Sandoval, Suncoast Schools Federal Credit Union, are defendants, the Pasco County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.pasco.realforeclose.com: in Pasco County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 7th day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
