NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 21, 2013, entered in Case No. 2012 CA 009865 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement Relating to IMPAC Secured Assets Corp., Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-3 is the Plaintiff and Andres G. Pena; Unknown Spouse of Andres G. Pena; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as Nominee for GreenPoint Mortgage Funding, Inc.; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 4th day of December, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 270, RIDGEWOOD ESTATES 3RD ADDITION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGE 21 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
