NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 9, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 018150 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon f/k/a The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the Certificateholders CWALT, Inc., Alternative Loan Trust 2005-84, Mortgage Pass-through Certificates, Series 2005-84 is the Plaintiff and Jerzy Kluza, Unknown Tenant(s) in Possession of the Subject Property, Zbigniew Kluza, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Incorporated, as Nominee for Countrywide Home Loans, Inc., the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 09:00 a.m. on December 6, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, BLOCK C, SORRENTO WOODS, UNIT NO. 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 29, PAGE 11 AND 11A, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
