NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 15th day of November, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2010 CA 011832 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein ONEWEST BANK, FSB is the Plaintiff and LEON C KENYON, JR, SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THE JOSEPH NEAL KENYON TRUST, DATED 10-31-2001; ISPC; SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; UNKNOWN HIERS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM INTEREST IN THE JOSEPH NEAL KENYON TRUST, DATED 10-31-2001; UNKNOWN HIERS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE JOSEPH NEAL KENYON TRUST; WILLIAM SAMUELS/APPROVED ROOFING INCORPORATED; MARY B KENYON, SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THE JOSEPH NEAL KENYON TRUST, DATED 10-31-2001; UNKNOWN TENANT(S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 6th day of December, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
NORTH 1/2 OF LOT 13 AND SOUTH 1/2 OF LOT 14, BLOCK G, SAPPHIRE HEIGHTS, UNIT NO, 1, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGES 142, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
