NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 5th day of November, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 005989 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR ADJUSTABLE RATE MORTGAGE TRUST2006-1, ADJUSTABLE RATE MORTGAGE BACKED PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-1 is the Plaintiff and STEVEN E. MCKENNEY; BAY ISLES ASSOCIATION, INC.; BAY ISLES BAYOU ASSOCIATION, INC; TOWN OF LONGBOAT KEY and UNKNOWN TENANT (S)IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 13th day of December, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK C, BAY ISLES, UNIT 2, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 24, PAGES 5, 5A THROUGH 5C, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
