NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 12th day of August, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 011426 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein FIRST HORIZON HOME LOANS, A DIVISION OF FIRST TENNESSEE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION. is the Plaintiff and EILEEN M. O'CONNOR; FIRST HORIZON HOME LOAN CORPORATION, A DISSOLVED CORPORATION; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF EILEEN M. O'CONNOR and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 12th day of December, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK 1681, 33RD ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGES 17, 17A THROUGH 17N, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
