NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered October 29, 2013 in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-011122-NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Sarasota, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC is Plaintiff and MARY VANGEN A/K/A MARY LOUISE VANGEN, DEER CREEK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION,INC., UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY, UNKNOWN SPOUCE OF MARY VANGEN A/K/A MARY LOUISE VANGEN, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 6th day of December, 2013 at 09:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 30, Deer Creek, Unit No. 1, a subdivision as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 32, Page(s) 40, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
