NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated NOVEMBER 4, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 006396 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC, is the Plaintiff and JAKE D. MILLER; MARTHA A. MILLER; JARED MILLER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JARED MILLER N/K/A AUTUMN MILLER; AMICA MUTUAL INSURANCE COMPANY, AS SUBROGEE OF JOANN LESSARIS; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A WARREN BARTON are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on DECEMBER 9, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 19 AND 21, BLOCK B KEW GARDENS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 205, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
