NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated NOVEMBER 4, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012CA001607NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR ASSET BACKED SECURITIES CORPORATION HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES OOMC 2006-HE3, ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES OOMC 2006-HE3, is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RALPH ZAMBRI; BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; ATLANTIC CREDIT & FINANCE, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A CHRIS MATTERN; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A KEN MATTERN; THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF RALPH WILLIAM ZAMBRI, DECEASED; NICOLE MATTERN A/K/A NICOLE ANN MATTERN; CHRISTOPHER MATTERN A/K/A CHRISTOPHER WILLIAM MATTERN; MARTIN DUFFY are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on DECEMBER 9, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 901, KENSINGTON PARK SUBDIVISION, UNIT NO.7, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGES 16, 16A AND 16B, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
