NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated NOVEMBER 4, 2013, and entered in CasE No. 2013 CA 000953 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR ARGENT SECURITIES INC., ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-W2, is the Plaintiff and MARTHA BIENAIME F/K/A MARTHA AGENORD; FADNER AGENORD; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF FADNER AGENORD; CITY OF NORTH PORT, FLORIDA; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A PHANANDEO OLIBRICE; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A WHIRFIELD BIENAIME are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on DECEMBER 11, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9, BLOCK 1410, 28TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 12 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
