NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated NOVEMBER 4, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2013 CA 005266 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR NOVASTAR MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST, SERIES 2007-2, is the Plaintiff and CHARLES M. CROOM A/K/A CHARLES CROOM; MARY H. CROOM A/K/A MARY CROOM; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CHARLES M. CROOM A/K/A CHARLES CROOM; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARY H. CROOM A/K/A MARY CROOM; UNKNOWN TENANT # 1; UNKNOWN TENANT # 2 are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on DECEMBER 11, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, BLOCK C, SPRINGHILL PARK, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE(S) 30, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
