NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated NOVEMBER 4, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 008095 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR MASTR ADJUSTABLE RATE MORTGAGES TRUST 2007-1, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-1, is the Plaintiff and FRANZ MENDEZ; SUSAN MENDEZ A/K/A SUSAN B. MENDEZ; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A PHYLLIS LEMOINE; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A JOSHUA COUTU are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on DECEMBER 11, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 16, BLOCK 1652, 33RD ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 17, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
