NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order on Plaintiff's Motion to Cancel and Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed October 30, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 12-CA-050868 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on 30 day of December, 2013, at 9:00 a.m. at website: https://www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5 AND 6, BLOCK 618, CAPE CORAL, UNIT 21, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGE 149-173, INCLUSIVE, ON THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
