AS SUCCESSOR TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK N.A. AS TRUSTEE RAMP 2005RS3, was the Plaintiff, and FRANK A. ALMAS, et al., the Defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 9:00 a.m. at www.lee.realforeclose.com on the 9 day of December, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
