NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 6, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-056379 in the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit, in and for LEE County, Florida, where in WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., is the Plaintiff and ROBERT B. SHEARIN, DIANE D. SHEARIN, BONITA BAY COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., ALICE M. DICKERSON, COLOMBO BANK, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash on March 7, 2014, beginning at 9:00 A.M., at www.lee.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment lying and being situate in LEE County, Florida, to wit:
Lot 8, Block C, BONITA BAY, UNIT NO. 1, a Subdivision as per plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 36, Page(s) 101 through 112, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale. THE CLERK SHALL RECEIVE A SERVICE CHARGE OF UP TO $70 FOR SERVICES IN MAKING, RECORDING, AND CERTIFYING THE SALE AND TITLE THAT SHALL BE ASSESSED AS COSTS. THE COURT, IN ITS DISCRETION, MAY ENLARGE THE TIME OF THE SALE. NOTICE OF THE CHANGED TIME OF SALE SHALL BE PUBLISHED AS PROVIDED HEREIN.
