NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed on 8 day of November, 2013, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-51406, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and MAYKEL OJEDA ELIZABET CRUZ and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) N/K/A ABEL MESA and YAMILET ALBERTO are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 8 day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT(S) 26 AND 27, BLOCK 3803, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 19, PAGE(S) 49 THROUGH 63, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
