NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed on 6 day of November, 2013, and entered in Case No. 36-2011-CA-050196, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC is the Plaintiff and CRAIG J. RUTHSATZ CITIBANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION F/K/A CITIBANK FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK FOREST RIDGE AT FOUNTAIN LAKES NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION, INC. FOUNTAIN LAKES COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC. UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CRAIG J. RUTHSATZ; and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 7 day of March, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 39, TRACT “MN” OF FOUNTAIN LAKES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 52, PAGES 94 THROUGH 100, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
