NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order on Plaintiff's Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale filed November 14, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 09-CA-058854 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on 8 day of January, 2014, at 9:00 a.m. at website: https://www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 2, CAPE HOMES ONE CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS INSTRUMENT NO. 2006000163943 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA (THE “ROPERTY”).
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
