NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order filed November 15, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 2013-CA-051178 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, Successor in Interest to Bank of America, National Association as Trustee successor by merger to LaSalle Bank, National Association as Trustee for WaMu Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Series 2006-AR11 Trust, Plaintiff and Gayle S. Beyer a/k/a Gayle Beyer are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on December 16, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
