NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order filed November 15, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 2013-CA-051739 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for HomeBanc Mortgage Trust 2006-1 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-1, Plaintiff and Thomas E. Carter II a/k/a Thomas E. Carter are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on December 16, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOTS 44 AND 45, BLOCK 1, UNIT 1, LEELAND HEIGHTS, SECTION 32, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 124, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
