WELLING; PORTOFINO MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; PORTOFINO III CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 8 day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 40-201, BUILDING 40, PORTOFINO III, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 4412, PAGE 2845, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION
