NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed on 8 day of November, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-51592, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC, is the Plaintiff and JOSEPH R. CURRAN, VILLAGE OF STONEYBROOK I ASSOCIATION, INC., VILLAGES OF STONEYBROOK COMMONS ASSOCIATION, INC., LINDA M. CURRAN and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 8 day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 606, BUILDING 6, VILLAGE AT STONEYBROOK I, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN INSTRUMENT #2006000058585, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
