BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff and PAUL VOLLGRAFF; SHERRIE VOLLGRAFF; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; WILLOW CREEK PROPERTY OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at [X] BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 9:00 A.M., on the 8 day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 125, WILLOW CREEK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 43, PAGE 1 THROUGH 3, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
