THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWABS INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-6 is Plaintiff and MAREK HNATOWICZ; HANNA HNATOWICZ A/K/A HANNA HNATOWICA; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY, AS TO UNIT A, 4; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY, AS TO UNIT B,; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at [X] BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 9:00 A.M., on the 16 day of December, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
