NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated November 13, 2013, and a Final Judgment dated December 14, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 11-CA-053260, DIVISION: T, of the Circuit Court of the Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein is BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP, Plaintiff, and HELVE MUST; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 1, UNKNNOWN TENANT NO. 2; AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT TO THIS ACTION, OR HAVING OR CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED, are Defendants.
LINDA DOGGETT, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on the 13 day of December, 2013 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 34 AND 35, BONAIR SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 20, PUBLUC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
This property is located at the Street address of: 1326 Bradford Road, Fort Myers, FL 33901.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
