MASON AKA GENEIN A. DETZ; BANK OF AMERICA, NA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GENEIN MASON A/K/A GENEIN Q. MASON AKA GENEIN A. DETZ and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants.
