From the NE corner of the SE 1/4 of Section 34, Township 28 South, Range 21 East, run South 0 Deg. 45' East along the East boundary of said SE 1/4 a distance of 196.65 feet to an intersection with the Northerly right-of-way line of State Road #574; thence South 74 Deg. 18' West along the Northerly right-of-way line of State Road #574 a distance of 461.13 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence North 15 Deg. 42' West 333.7 feet to the North boundary of said SE 1/4; thence East along said North boundary for 141.37 feet; thence South 15 Deg. 42' East 295.45 feet more or less to said Northerly right-of-way line of State Road #574; thence South 74 Deg. 18' West along said Northerly right-of-way line for 136.0 feet to Point of Beginning
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, upon F. Lorraine Jahn, Esq., Law Offices of F. L. Jahn, P.A., 311 N. Newport Avenue, Tampa, Fl 33606 on the plaintiff's attorney, on or before Dec 30th, 2013; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
