NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated November 7, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-017906 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Wachovia Mortgage, FSB. f.k.a. World Savings Bank, FSB, is the Plaintiff and Andrew Dallier, Audubon Park Homeowners Association, Inc., Audubon Park Homes of Tampa Condominium Association, Inc., are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 31st day of December, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT 10, PHASE 1, AUDUBON PARK HOMES OF TAMPA, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4964, AT PAGE 1411, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
