NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated October 10, 2013, entered in Case No. 09-CA-029459 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, N.A., Successor by Merger to BAC Home Loans Servicing, L.P. FKA Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, L.P. is the Plaintiff and Marxus A. Johnson; Valhalla of Brandon Pointe Homeowners Association, Inc. C/O Nathan A. Frazier, Esq; Unknown Tenant #1 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 5th day of December, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK 54, VALHALLA PHASE 1-2, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 100, PAGE 282, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
