TO: HASSAN SHAFEE, and to all parties claiming interest by, through, under or against Defendants, and all parties having or claiming to have any right, title or interest in the property herein described.
YOU ARE NOTIFIED that you have been designated as defendants in a legal proceeding filed against you for Foreclosure. The action involves real property in Hillsborough County, Florida, more fully described as follows:
LOT 140 AND THE EAST 36.5 FEET OF LOT 141, BEL-MAR REVISED UNIT NO. 7, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGE 6, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 3615 South Himes Ave., Tampa, FL 33629.
The action was instituted in the Circuit Court, Hillsborough County, Florida, and is styled Iberiabank, as successor by merger to Century Bank, F.S.B. v. Hassan Shafee; Paola Shafee a/k/a Maria Paola Fuentes; and Bay Gulf Credit Union.
You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to the action on Phillip S. Howell, Esquire of Galloway, Johnson, Tompkins, Burr & Smith, PLC, Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 620 E. Twiggs Street, Suite 303, Tampa, FL 33602 on or before 30 days after the first date of publication which is January 6, 2014, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on Phillip S. Howell, Esquire of Galloway, Johnson, Tompkins, Burr & Smith, PLC, or immediately after service; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
The Court has authority in this suit to enter a judgment or decree in the Plaintiff's interest which will be binding upon you.
