NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in the above styled cause now pending in said court, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash. The sale shall be held online by the Clerk of Court at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10 A.M. on December 19, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 4 ACRES OF THE EAST 1/2 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 26, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 22 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS THE SOUTH 376.36 FEET THEREOF AND LESS THE NORTH 25.00 FEET THEREOF FOR ROAD RIGHT OF WAY FOR SAM HICKS ROAD, AND ALSO LESS EXISTING MAINTAINED RIGHT OF WAY ON THE WEST SIDE THEREOF FOR RAMSGATE PLACE.
