NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 13, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2013-CA-003052 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, formerly known as Bankers Trust Company of California, N.A., as Trustee for Soundview Home Loan Trust 2006-2, is the Plaintiff and Larry Herndon also known as Larry W. Herndon, CACH, LLC, Tenant # 1, Tenant # 2, The Unknown Spouse of Larry Herndon also known as Larry W. Herndon, Worldwide Asset Purchasing, LLC, as assignee of Direct Merchants Bank, N.A., Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 2nd day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
