Final Judgment was awarded on March 28, 2013 in Civil Case No.:29-2008-CA-026921, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LAONS SERVICING, LP is the Plaintiff, and, LINDA NEWMAN; MANHATTAN PALMS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; TRI CITY ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR; WACHOVIA BANK, N.A. F/K/A FIRST UNION NATIONAL BANK; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
