Final Judgment was awarded on September 25, 2013 in Civil Case No.: 29-2012-CA-017064, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, HSBC BANK USA, AS TRUSTEE IN TRUST FOR CITIGROUP MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, INC., ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2004-RP1, is the Plaintiff, and, ROBERTA FUNKHOUSER; MICHAEL A. FUNKHOUSER; AMERICAN HOME FUNDING, INC. ASSIGNEE OF RYLAND MORTGAGE COMPANY, SUNCOAST SCHOOL FEDERAL CREDIT UNION; ROBERT D. PERROW; G. ANDREW NEA, JR.; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
