Final Judgment was awarded on October 25, 2013 in Civil Case No.: 09-CA-024812, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, HOUSEHOLD FINANCE CORP III, is the Plaintiff, and, JAMES WAYNE COBB A/K/A JAMES COBB; LAKE FOREST HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC.; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; CLERK OF THE COURT OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on December 13, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
