NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 4, 2013, and Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated November 5, 2013, both entered in Case No. 2012-CA-002632 DIV. N, of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-10, is Plaintiff and STEVEN A. BLOCKER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF STEVEN A. BLOCKER; BARBARA MARTINEZ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BARBARA MARTINEZ; STATE OF FLORIDA; CITIBANK (SOUTH DAKOTA) N.A.; and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are defendants.
