NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 28, 2013 and entered in Case No. 52-2012-CA-00805 in the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC was the Plaintiff and AVNI DAUTI, ET AL., the Defendant(s). The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 10:00 a.m. on the prescribed date at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on the 17th day of December, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 5, BLOCK 2, VIRGINIA GROVES ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 36, PAGES 68 AND 69, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS OF THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
