NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 28, 2013 and entered in Case No. 11-000213-CI-8 in the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas as Trustee for RALI 2007QS4 was the Plaintiff and ISAM M. AMMOURA, ET AL., the Defendant(s). The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 10:00 a.m. on the prescribed date at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on the 25th day of February, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
THE NORTH 60.00 FEET OF THE SOUTH 141.00 FEET OF FARM “B” BLOCK 29, PINELLAS FARMS, FOUND IN SECTION 32, TOWNSHIP 30, S., RANGE 16 E., AS SHOWN BY THE PLAT OF PINELLAS FARMS, RECORD IN PLAT BOOK H-7, PAGES 4 & 5, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA OF WHICH PINELLAS WAS FORMERLY A PART. LESS: THE WEST 501.00 FEET THEREOF, ALSO LESS: THAT PART LYING WITHIN 33.00 FEET OF THE EAST BOUNDARY OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 IN SECTION 32.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS OF THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
