NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated September 27, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2010-CA-013764 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein CitiMortgage, Inc., Plaintiff and Robert W. Beilhart a/k/a Robert Beilhart and Mirna Lesli Beilhart, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on December 3, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 9 OF SPOTTIS WOODE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 81, PAGE 57, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
AND
A PART OF LOT 10 AS SHOWN ON THE PLAT OF SPOTTIS WOODE, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 81, PAGE 57, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGIN AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 10 AS SHOWN ON SAID PLAT OF SPOTTIS WOODE AND GO SOUTH 11°13'00”, WEST, 99.98 FEET ALONG THE COMMON LOT LINE BETWEEN LOTS 9 AND 10 OF SAID PLAT; THENCE NORTH 00°12'13” WEST, 98.00 FEET TO A POINT ON THE NORTH BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 10; SAID LINE ALSO BEING THE NORTH BOUNDARY OF THE AFOREMENTIONED PLAT OF SPOTTIS WOODE; THENCE NORTH 89°47'47” EAST, 19.80 FEET, ALONG SAID NORTH BOUNDARY TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
