NOTICE IS GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated January 8, 2013, entered in Case No. 2009-016160-CI-13, of the Circuit Court in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein THOMAS J. REED; YOLANDA REED; ST. PETERSBURG NEIGHBORHOOD HOUSING SERVICES, INC.; PINELLAS COUNTY CLERK OF THE COURT are the Defendants, that the Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at the Clerk of the Circuit Court, on December 10, 2013 at 10:00 a.m., and shall be conducted online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on the following described real property as set forth in the Final Judgment:
LOT 10, ORANGEWOOD, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 54, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, OF WHICH PINELLAS COUNTY WAS FORMERLY A PART.
NOTICE ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
