NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered September 4, 2013 in Civil Case No. 10-003234-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is Plaintiff and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF STEPHANIE C. PALAHANG, HUMBERTO DIAZ ABREU, STEPHANIE C PALAHANG, JANE DOE, JOHN DOE, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF HUMBERTO DIAZ ABREU A/K/A HUMBERTO DIAZ-ABREU, IF ANY, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR AMERICA`S WHOLESALE LENDER, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 5th day of December, 2013 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
