NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered October 8, 2013 in Civil Case No. 09-011276-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is Plaintiff and MALVERNE VARLACK, JANE DOE, JOHN DOE, LAKE TARPON SAIL AND TENNIS CLUB COMMON ELEMENTS ASSOCIATION, INC, TARPON HIGHLANDS AT LAKE TARPON SAIL & TENNIS CLUB I CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MALVERNE VARLACK, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 5th day of December, 2013 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit 2202, TARPON HIGHLANDS AT LAKE TARPON SAIL & TENNIS CLUB I, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof and a percentage in the common elements appurtenant thereto as recorded in O.R. Book 11218, Page(s) 631, and subsequent amendments thereto, and as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 124, Page(s) 29 through 54, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
