NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 22, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2013-CA-003358, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC, is Plaintiff and WILLIAM F. BARNETT; MICHELE BARNETT A/K/A MICHELE A. BARNETT; MACDILL FEDERAL CREDIT UNION, are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 23rd day of December, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK H, MOUNT VERNON SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 97 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the
surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
