Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 30, 2013, entered in Civil Case Number 13-002669-CI , in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein FIFTH THIRD MORTGAGE COMPANY is the Plaintiff, and ROBERT A. RHODES, et al., are the Defendants, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
LOT 10, BLOCK 20, ORANGE LAKE VILLAGE ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 36, PAGE 65 THROUGH 67, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 6th day of January, 2014. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
