LOT 132 LESS THE WEST 30 FEET AND ALL OF LOT 133, HARBOR VIEW #4, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK H-6, PAGE 9, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, OF WHICH PINELLAS COUNTY WAS FORMERLY A PART.
and commonly known as: 13749 76TH TERRACE, SEMINOLE, FL 33776; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on December 18, 2013 at 10:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
