NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated November 7, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-001079 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which PNC Bank, National Association , is the Plaintiff and Cynthia Low Dill a/k/a Cynthia L. Dill, Vance Lowell Dill a/k/a Vance L. Dill, Citifinancial Equity Services, Inc, Tenant #1 n/k/a Brandon Clinkinbeard, Tenant #2 n/k/a Trevor Dill, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 18th day of December, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 828, GREENBRIAR UNIT 10, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED INPLAT BOOK 69, PAGE 68, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
