NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 30, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2012-CA-008302CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Bank of America, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Michael W Hamlin, Shai L Hamlin, Tenant # 1, Tenant # 2, The Unknown Spouse of Michael W Hamlin, The Unknown Spouse of Shai L Hamlin, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 4th day of December, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
THE EAST 37.50 FEET OF LOT 69 AND THE WEST 25 FEET OF LOT 70, GROVEMONT SUBDIVISION NO. 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGE(S) 39, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
