NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 30, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2012-CA-010768 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Bank of America, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Laura Wood, Jennifer Sanders, John Sanders, Jr., Keith Sanders, Tenant # 1, Tenant # 2, The Unknown Spouse of Laura Wood, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 4th day of December, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
THAT PART OF LOTS 14, 15 AND 16 IN BLOCK 49 OF PINELLAS PARK, ACCORDING TOTHE PLAT THERE OF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, ON PAGE 91, OF THE PUBLICRECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, OF WHICH PINELLAS COUNTY WASFORMERLY A PART DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:BEGINNING AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 16, THENCE SOUTH ALONGEAST BOUNDARIES OF LOTS 16, 15 AND 14, A DISTANCE OF 135 FEET; THENCE WESTPARALLEL TO SOUTH BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 14, A DISTANCE OF 70 FEET; THENCENORTH 135 FEET TO THE NORTH BOUNDARY OF LOT 16, THENCE EAST 70 FEET TO THEPOINT OF BEGINNING.
